RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

At Fashionique we want to make it simple and easy to buy what you want, and have no worries about what to do if what you have purchased isn't right for you.

We want you to love your purchases but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item/s within 14 days of receiving it for exchange or refund.

  • The products must be returned in the same condition as received, in it's original packaging and in perfect, unused and unwashed condition.

  • Any garments returned with make up stains/marks will not be refunded or exchanged including perfume and deodorant. 

  • We may refuse to provide a refund where products are not returned in its unused state.

  • Shoes must be tried on indoors.

  • Items must have all tags attached.

  • Pierced jewellery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

  • Please note the delivery charge and return cost is non refundable.

  • If you return an item outside of the 14 days, we cannot refund you for the returned item.

  • Items must be returned at the customer's expense.

  • You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to Fashionique. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.

  • Please note, ALL SALE goods are non-returnable.

     


All goods will be inspected upon return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you and no refund will be given.

If found to be unused & unwashed, refunds will be made immediately to the original payment source.

(refunds may take between 2 and 5 days to appear in your account, depending on the banking system).

If you wish to return an item, please simply complete the returns slip included in your parcel and email us at fashionique.london@gmail.com with the following information:

- Order number

- Name & Address

- Item Description

- Reason for return
